Join us at the Gluten-Free Cabane à Sucre 2025<\/strong> event at Sucrerie Bonaventure<\/strong><\/a> in Mirabel!<\/p>\n

Don't miss out on this sweet opportunity to experience this traditional sugar shack, with homemade and fresh products!<\/p>\n

The website includes a gluten-free menu (as well, as regular, vegetarian, lactose-free, and pork-free menus).<\/p>\n

Gluten-free delicacies available include traditional dishes such as old-fashioned pea soup, omelettes, beans, pig’s ears, maple mousse, and pancakes drizzled with maple syrup!<\/p>\n

There is no ordering of food. Instead, plates and bowls all of the items on the gluten-free menu are gradually brought to the middle of the table throughout the meal, from which people can select what they want to put on their plates. Because the whole long table will be considered gluten-free,. they won't bring us any of the dishes on their menu that contain gluten.<\/p>\n

In addition to the traditional cabane à sucre meal, Sucrerie Bonaventure also provides various other experiences, such as maple taffy, a mini-farm, an outdoor fire, tractor rides, and outdoor games.<\/p>\n

It is free to RSVP to this event. RSVP deadline is Tuesday, April 7th. Reminders and RSVP confirmation requests will be sent out a few days before the event. If you do not reply to the confirmation requests, you will be removed from the RSVP list.<\/p>\n
