The Gluten-Free Food Program began in May 2017 and now has the support of three celiac associations: the Canadian Celiac Association, Foundation Quebecoise de la Maladie Coeliaque and the National Celiac Association (USA). For more information on the Gluten Free Food Program click here

In Quebec the first certification was recently granted to Bistro Boris at 465 McGill Street in Montreal. A second restaurant Allo Cuisto at: 4279, Boul Saint-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec   (514) 675-7722 has been certified. Congratulations to both!
