Holidays without gluten, no problem!

The holiday season is approaching. You are worried about missing out? A guest is gluten sensitive? Come learn how to easily adapt recipes to please everyone. On behalf of the Quebec Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association, you are invited to attend a basic bilingual information session on gluten and an informative preparation demonstration of typical recipes such as turkey gravy, maple tarts, shortbread cookies and an apple cranberry crisp. Recipes will be provided.
