We exist to serve the needs of the English-speaking population that require the gluten-free diet in Quebec. The Fondation québéçoise de la maladie coeliaque (FQMC) offers the same service in French and has the same objectives.
The Canadian Celiac Association is a national voice for people who are adversely affected by gluten, and is dedicated to improving diagnosis and quality of life.
