Founded in 2011 by chef-owner Yann Bris from Bittany, France, the restaurant specializes in fresh, locally-sourced crêpes\nEnjoy one of the marquis savoury buckwheat crêpes on the menu. The vast majority are gluten-free (depends on the filling). Try the Petite-Italie, the Point-Saint-Charles, the Quartier-Latin, or one of the many other selections.\nOr be a bit decadent and treat yourself to one of the sweet dessert crêpes, many of which are gluten-free if you select the buckwheat option.\nMany of the other choices on their menu are gluten-free as well (ask the server to verify which ones.)\nThe full menu is on their website (French only).\nThere are about 50 reviews of Spanel available on Find Me Gluten Free.\nRSVPs\nTo RSVP,  click here.
