Holiday GF Food Bank Project 2021
From November 29th – December 10th 2021
As part of the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA) SaveMe4GlutenFree program, this Holiday Season, the Quebec CCA Support Group is encouraging its supporters to donate gluten-free food to the following Food Banks that will accept non-perishable GF items in bags clearly marked to be put aside for those requesting GF Food for medical reasons. Look for: Step 2: Download and print our ‘SAVE ME FOR GLUTEN FREE” decals and message for the food bank and adhere to your bag.

Print off the ones you’d like to use either colour or black and white, one page, two-up if you have more than one bag to donate. Just print and cut.

(BUT telephone first, to be sure of the hours they accept donations and to find out where to drop them off. Be sure to explain they are to be put aside for persons needing gluten-free food for medical reasons.)

They have been getting requests for the GFD from homeless people. Call to check when they are open to accept donations. I think it is Mon – Fri 9 to 5 pm, but check.
